SCHOOL-WIDE TITLE I PARENT SURVEY We are conducting a school-wide needs assessment for our Title I program. Part of this process is getting input from all families (not just those with Title I students) at Gold Oak School. We would greatly appreciate your time in completing this brief survey by clicking on the link below. The survey deadline is Friday, April 27th. Minimum Day: Friday, April 27th STAR Testing: April 16-24 This is coming up quickly, and we want to make sure our students are supported and as well prepared as possible. Parents often ask how they can help. Here’s a web site designed especially for parents and students that provides actual sample questions from prior tests according to grade and subject area. It also shows level of performance for each question, so you are able to see the type of questions that are asked for students to attain proficiency. It’s a great resource! http://starsamplequestions.org/
