Behavior Purpose Statement
As Grizzlies, we believe in ourselves and are committed to our learning, so we know that we will succeed!
Gold Oak Elementary School experienced a loss of water pressure on Monday and Tuesday (October 26th & 27th) due to a water main break. As of Wednesday morning, normal water flow has been restored. Students and staff were safe at all times, and lessons were not affected. Thanks to a joint effort with EID and EDCOE, Gold Oak Union School District officials had bottled water and porta-potties available for those on campus. We are proud and thankful for our highly-trained staff that helped mitigate this unfortunate situation in a professional manner. We are also thankful for the teamwork with EID and EDCOE to assist us. And, thank you to our community for all for your support and patience during this time.
(Dads Of Great Students) ... is an innovative father involvement, educational initiative of the National Center For Fathering. There are two primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program.
1) To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2) To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
If you would like to join our group of D.O.G.S. please complete the Registration Form and return it to the school office, or fax it back to 530.626.3144. For more information contact the school office @ 530.626.3160, or Ken Norris @ email@example.com
For the convenience of our students' families, transportation services are offered by the school district. Coverage areas are coded by color.
